Biking
For many now the ultimate vacation and leisure experience: Climbing mountains on bikes and experiencing the adventure on hiking routes and specially-designed natural paths on two wheels. Enjoying the woods, the mountain and nature in a very individual way – everyone at their own pace, up the mountain with spirit and power and down again quickly and with great passion. Whether it is exciting mountain biking that makes your heart beat faster or relaxing, flat valley routes – there is almost no limit to your desire for action, sport and nature. The Zillertal Arena really earns its reputation as a bike arena! Around 232 mountain bike kilometres of all levels of difficulty invite you to push your biking limits. In order to make it a bit easier for beginners the mountain railways will transport bikes at no extra cost. The “Zell-Gerlos Bike Ticket” allows you to ascend to Zell and descend to Gerlos or vice versa. Free bike transport with the cable car up to 1,800 metres above sea level and “cruising” in high altitudes! Bike rental at the railway stations or in sport shops
